    I wanted to thank you again for the excellent training this past weekend. I noticed a lot of “light bulbs” are lit today and I’m not referring to the physical light bulbs. I have challenge the team for all of us to select one guest per day to wow and if we do this we will see our scores increase dramatically.

    I got to go to one of your meetings this week at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque . It was just a beautiful lesson you shared. I have always been the kind of person that wants and hopes to be proud when I look back on my life. Why not start everyday with a smile 🙂 You are an EXCELLENT speaker 🙂 Thank you Gina Hudson

    Dear Mr. Woodruff,

    I attended your 11/05/2013 8:00 AM presentation at Hyatt Regency Albuquerque and would like to thank you for your ideas. They’ve already put themselves into effect in my mind.

    I’ve attended well over 20 training sessions in my 12 years with Hyatt, and this was one of very few that ever gave me anything of lasting value. It was entirely different from the usual rehash of customer service rules, silly role-playing, and meaningless slogans. It was, instead, a useful psychological tool, one I can utilize for the rest of my professional and private life. The entire experience was highly refreshing.
